1. Job related coordination of development teams with co-workers of different departments and central functions
2. Conduct, initiate and supervise product transfer tasks according to schedule
3. Customer/Supplier interface and related tasks
4. Planning of Projects in coordination with department heads
5. Project management of customer and internal projects
6. Organize product/concept workshops (internal, external)
7. Issue project applications, including team structures (including partners) as basis for decision making
8. Manage development/localization Projects for GS/GT/GD electronics

Requirements:
1. Design Principles in Automotive Electronics Industry
2. Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management methods
3. Knowledge of electronics manufacturing methods
4. Better understanding on development process (PDP)
5. Good communicator (written and verbal)
6. Technical interest, ability to work independently
7. Prioritizing tasks, be proactive in problem solving
