Major Responsibilities

1.Design of test bed
Design test pipes at suction and discharge side as well as adapters and supports the pumps which will be tested in KSB Shanghai;
Work with automation engineer to improve the test facilities to the state of the art.

2.Design test pipes for pumps at various test bed.
According to test standard ISO9906 and GB3216, design test pipe and test parts.

3. Improvement and upgrading of current test beds
Based on test standard, improve the all test facilities, pipes, control system, data acquisition also.
Make sure, that the test facilities are state of the art, by considering budget

Qualification and skills
1.Certificated Engineer
- Good communication skill
2.Computer skill (familiar with Office and Auto-CAD) UG will be plus
3.Familiar with pump test technology
4.Familiar with related test standards for performance test
5.Familiar with related test standards of vibration and noisy measurement
6.Familiar with pump test processes
7.Good English skill (verbal and writing)
