Responsibility:
-Concern technology development trend in low voltage and company-related business domestic and abroad. Taking into account business advantage, propose marketing development and products research development plan.
- propose new project plan, and submit project proposals report.
-implement project plan, lead project team to complete project plan and files management.
- Handle difficult technology problem and pre-research.
- Follow the test of new developed products, improve the new products on time.
-Meet the technology needs proposed, answer technology questions from customers, provide technology support.
- draw the job goal of project team and supervisor to implement.
- manage R&D team, Instruct learning, organize training to promote the team

 

Competence:
- Bachelor degree above with Electrical background or equivalent.
- 5+ years professional experience 3+years project implement and management experience.
- Good technical knowledge to understand the low voltage electrical industry background.
- Clearly ideation, good communication abilities, and good English.
- Good learning and accepting new technology abilities.
- Good team cooperation abilities, strong sense of responsibility.
