Job Responsibility: 
－ － Planning and execution of ****/prototype activities at a project level in accordance with technical agreements with Development Team (DTM, EAK) and counterparts.
－ － Writing of **** reports with clear assessments and recommendations, including follow-up (may delegate however responsible for checking and ensuring correctness). Approval of Test Reports created by Test Engineer or Test & Prototype Technician (if applicable) 
－ － Issues formal Test Releases according to project timing (Test Release 0, 1 and 2). Coordinates risk assessments as part of the Test Releases and Release meetings. Gains approval for Test Releases from Test & Prototype Manager
－ － Active in Product Workshop stage to ensure the compliance/deviation to specifications/customer expectations. Clear understanding of information and document. 
－ － Close cooperation with Prototype Coordinator, Customer Team Engineer and Design Engineer 
－ － Active in customer and supplier visits, and in negotiations regarding specifications, **** plans (DVP&R) and **** results. 
－ － Identify non-conformity to direct Supervisor and Program Manager 
－ － Able to perform all necessary ****s on products, in accordance with **** plans, procedures, specifications (customer/Brose). 
－ － Ensures that **** & prototype related project budget for customer projects (project hours, investments, prototype costs) is according to plan and reports non conformances to Program Manager. 


Job requirement:
－ － Bachelor degree or above
－ － Fluent English
－ － Experience in and knowledge in GD&T, reading and understanding of drawings, 3D and CAD models. Understanding of FEA calculations.
－ － Reading, understanding and writing of specifications.
－ － Able to understanding and interpret electrical and pneumatical schematics.
－ － Basic knowledge in programming (e.g. SIEMENS, Logo, NI LabView)
－ － Ability to operate **** controllers
－ － Basic understanding of statistics
－ － Practical experience with electrical and mechanical measurement equipment.
