Job Responsibilities:
◆Deal with customer complain and follow the corrective actions inside the factory;
◆Ensure accurate and complete control plans and process procedures;
◆Make sure first piece inspection and process inspection are conducted and records are maintained;
◆Make sure all major and critical characteristics are under control and make control chart as
necessary;
◆Conduct annual MSA for each type of gage and judge if Gage meets requirement;
◆Collect daily inspection data and analyze the data monthly. Then provide improvement elements
for next monthly;
◆When quality issue arises, call relevant people to discuss and identify root cause and record all
quality issue form sheet. To the issue, which affects fit, form and function, need to initiate an 8D
and follow-up step by step;
◆Report monthly quality summary to quality manager and provide reasonable suggestion so as to
be continuous improvement;
◆Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
◆Bachelor or above;
◆Major in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, quality management;
◆At least 5 years work experience in mechanical area;
◆Familiar with OEMs’ requirements, quality standards and problem-solving methods;
◆Required experience of automotive process audit, control plans, PFMEA, operator instructions;
◆Know well on SPC, MSA and PPAP. Understand each phase of APQP;
◆Experienced in the use of the various inspection tools to control the quality of the product;
◆Good communication skills;
◆CMM and related programming will be preferred;
◆Written and oral English is good.
