Task Description:
1. Identfiy new business opportunities
2. Coordinate internal resources to develop the proposals/solutions for unique value propositions and differentiators
3. Build busines cases and support management to develop company strategies to the new business
4. Make business plan and realize the company goals

Requirement:
1. Above 8 years working experience in MNC. Experience in both Technical and Commercial in Auto industry is preferred.
2. HEV/EV experience in Tier 1 or OEM is prefered.
3. Bachelor or above
4. Fluent English, both written and oral.
5. At least 5 years in managing subordinates, or being the leader of big projects.
6. Preferred to have experience of leading business projects.
7. Commitment, good communcations, team spirit
8. Flexible with busy travellings
