Job Description:1.Provide strong and comprehensive legal support on day-to-day operational matters for Brose China headquarter, and legal support for all Brose plants in Asia region;2.Providing commercial legal support to businesses, preferably with a focus on sales and purchase agreement, product liability and warranty cases and cross-border financial structuring. Work closely with business partners in solving mixed legal and business issues;3.Drafting standard contracts;4.Provide company secretarial service and other corporate governance matters to all Brose wholly owned entities and joint ventures in Asia region;5.Assisting the head of legal department in legal projects, including JV restructuring, share transfer, M&A and etc;6.Monitoring legal development that could have an impact on Brose’s operation and investment activities, and inform the Brose China management on a timely basis;7.Other legal and compliance affairs as necessary.
Job Requirements:1.Bachelor Degree or above in Law, with PRC Bar qualification;2.5~8 years of experience in in MNC or well-known legal firms, responsibility covering international markets will be preferred;3.Good communication skill 4.Good oral and written English5.Strong, in-depth legal knowledge and skills and sound judgment in developing and implementing legal solutions;6.Experience in providing counsel to all levels of management;7.Energetic, action-oriented and self-motivated, with dedication to high standard legal service, and a good team player; 8.Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.
